2012 Early Bird Rod Run Registration

Our 27th Annual (2012) Early Bird Rod Run Car Show, to be held on July 21, 2012 9AM - 3PM, is one of the best shows of the season, at Victory Tabernacle Church on 11700 Genito Road, Midlothian, Virginia 23112. Virginia Street Rods is one of the oldest clubs in this area, come join us for a great day of cars and fellowship. This year we are focusing our charitable donations on a few charities (Victory Tabernacle Church, who so generously has supported our hobby, Wounded Warriors, god bless the men and women in uniform and the Children's Hospital, so that our most precious resource will grow up to be strong and healthy).

We were the Host Club for the NSRA Richmond Nationals That Was Held at the Richmond International Raceway in 2005 - 2009. In Recognition of the NSRA Format, The Early Bird Rod Run Car Show will follow that format. All Domestic and Import Cars and Trucks of 1983 and Older are welcome to enter the event.

For those in attendance, lunch will be available at a minimal cost to our guests. So, bring the Whole Family and Plan a Day of Visiting with Owners of Some of the Finest Street Rods, Sports Cars, Muscle Cars and Restorations in the Area. The First 100 Registered Entries will Receive a Beautiful Dash Plaque. Also, each of the registered cars will be eligible for Virginia Street Rods Club Awards:

Registration can be accomplished (prior to July 1^st) using the form below. PRE-REGISTRATION fee is $15.00 per Car. SAME DAY AS SHOW Registration is $20.00 per car. General Admission is $3.00 per person (12 years and under free). Submitting your information will register your car(s), but will not be processed until payment has been received. Checks should be made payable to Virginia Street Rods, Inc. after submitting the form, your registration will only be accepted if your check is received by July 1^st.
