  • June 7 - Crutchfield Car Show and Car Audio/Video Sale. Show Runs from 10am – 5pm, Judging will take place from 1-3. Show will take place in front of the Rio Hill Retail Store in the front parking lot. Address: 1784 Rio Hill Center, Charlottesville, VA 22901. This show coincides with our big Spring Car Audio/Video Sale. We invite anyone with classics, antiques, and hot rods to enter the show. We only have a certain amount of space, so please pre-register by sending an email with the following information: Your Name, Year/Make/Model of Vehicle, Brief Description Of Your Vehicle, Where You Are Coming From. There will be door prizes of electronics as well as drawings for prize money and/or gift cards. Judging will be done partially by Crutchfield staff, but mostly by spectators of the show using forms provided by us. There will not be a concession stand, but we are located practically next door to Subway, and you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch with you. Coolers are also welcome, we just ask that there are no alcoholic beverages. Pre-Registration: $15 Day of Show Registration: $20.   • June 22 - The Lovettsville Business Association and the Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company are pleased to present the annual Fuel and Fire Cruise-In on Sunday, June 22nd, 2008 from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The rain date for this event is Sunday, June 29th.
    The event will be held in Lovettsville, Virginia on the lawns located immediately behind and to the West of the Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue station. Parking for the general public will be located on the South side of the station.
    All show categories (stock, modified, antique, custom, cruiser, rod, import, muscle, repli-cars, competition) of cars, trucks and motorcycles are invited to attend the event. This is an opportunity to get together and spend an enjoyable afternoon with people that enjoy cars, trucks and motorcycles in the foot hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There will be food, vendors and live music and is a family-oriented event.
    For those that would like to arrive early and have breakfast, there are two Lovettsville restaurants that serve breakfast. Bonnie’s Country Kitchen, 2 Berlin Pike, opens at 8:00 am. The Talk of the Town, 13 East Broad Way will open at 9:00 am. Both are located in Lovettsville and one mile north of the cruise-in location.
    Registration for the event is $10 (pre-registration is $8). A registration form is attached. Register early—dash plaques will be given to the first 100 cars registered.
