August 9 - 9th Annual MDA Car Show sponsored by the Southern Knights Cruisers Car Club at Richard Bland College in Petersburg, VA. The SKC is working directly with the Muscular Dystrophy Association again in 2008 to present the 9th Annual MDA Car Show on Saturday, August 9, 2008, and all funds will go to benefit MD research and patients in Central Virginia. Partnering with Strosnider Chevrolet of Hopewell, Collision One of Mechancisville & Tappahannock, Hardee’s Restaurants, and Balch Automotive & Collision, this show will again be the Premier Car Show for the Richmond Metro & Tri-Cities area.
There will be awards in this years show for Antique vehicles, classics, customs, muscle cars, race cars, street rods, 4x4 custom trucks, and bikes. More on these soon! Special awards will be given with a total of over 100 being given out. Also, lots of vendors will be there displaying their specialty items. For example, vendors already signing up can place a photo of your vehicle on a posters or plaque. Also, you can get Custom Pin Striping by Danny Riddle & Michael Hall, bikes and parts By Catlin's Cycles, of Colonial Heights, and Xtreme Stuff of Chesterfield will be there with high performance sealers & waxes to protect that expensive paint on your pride & joy.

The SKC club members are going all out to make this years show the best ever. Please join us in helping the Central Virginia MDA Office continue to support "Jerry's Kids."
